Aquatic Balance Exercise Program

Mondays, June 9-July 14
10:15-11am

This program is designed to address balance and coordination challenges, strengthen core muscles and help reduce accidental falls in the course of daily living. The six week curriculum is taught by certified instructors. Classes are held three times a week for six weeks. The program includes pre and post Fall Risk Screening an incorporates group and/or private aquatic and land exercises. For more information contact Fredrick.Brown@Kohler.com
