Join us for a 90-minute class each week for 4 weeks, designed to teach adults the fundamentals of this lifelong sport. All sessions are led by one of our certified tennis professionals, ensuring you learn the right techniques from the start.
Orange Ball Camp
Sports Core is excited to offer half-day tennis camps designed for all orange ball players. These 4-hour, 1-day camps provide a great blend of instruction, competitive point play, and fitness to help athletes elevate their game in a positive and energetic environment. Each camp will focus on key areas of development, including stroke production, strategy, court awareness, and match play. Join us on court this summer! Ages 7-1 1 years.

These 4-hour camps provide a great blend of instruction, competitive point play, and fitness to help athletes elevate their game in a positive and energetic environment. Each camp will focus on key areas of development, including stroke production, strategy, court awareness, and match play. To enhance the experience, one of our Certified Personal Trainers will join sessions to work with the players for on-court agility, movement, and overall athletic performance.

Little movers will dance to their favorite songs and explore fun, heart-pumping fitness courses designed just for them. Parents can join the fun or drop and go while we handle the wiggles and giggles!

Girls High School Prep Camp, is specifically geared toward preparing athletes for their upcoming fall season. This camp will emphasize match readiness, strategy, and competitive intensity to help players feel confident heading into tryouts and their main season.

Aquatic Balance Exercise Program Summer Session II
This program is designed to address balance and coordination challenges, strengthen core muscles and help reduce accidental falls in the course of daily living. The six week curriculum is taught by certified instructors. Classes are held two times a week for six weeks. The program includes pre and post Fall Risk Screening an incorporates group and/or private aquatic and land exercises.
