Sports Core Intermediate WTN Match Play
What to expect from Match Play
Developed by the International Tennis Federation (ITF), the ITF World Tennis Number (WTN) is a rating that provides a global standard for players in both singles and doubles with a scale of 40-1. WTN Match Play allows players to participate in matches that count towards their WTN without having to commit to a tournament. Players can be placed in groups based on their rating to promote an appropriate competitive level and positive sportsmanship through level-based play. Please note that WTN Match Play is offered in orange, green, and yellow ball programs, but orange ball does not count towards WTN.

MS Aquatic Exercise Program Spring Session
The aquatic program for people with MS provides an opportunity to maintain mobility, prevent secondary symptoms of MS, maintain or improve flexibility, maximize muscle strength, and maintain or increase endurance potential.

Arthritis Aquatic Exercise Program
Join aquatics instructor Fred Brown for a gentle, warm water arthritis exercise program. This Arthritis Foundation Program is designed for people with arthritis and those with joint pain and stiffness. Classes include activities like gentle stretching, breathing and light aerobics.
Aquatic Balance Exercise Program
This program is designed to address balance and coordination challenges, strengthen core muscles and help reduce accidental falls in the course of daily living. The six week curriculum is taught by certified instructors. Classes are held two times a week for six weeks. The program includes pre and post Fall Risk Screening an incorporates group and/or private aquatic and land exercises.

Are you ready to swing into fitness? This four week beginner class will introduce to you the fundamentals of kettlebell training. Learn the basics of proper hand positioning for swings, deadlifts, turkish get ups, and more.
Shred to the Core
Grab a buddy and compete against fellow teams to see who can stay the most consistent, gain the most muscle mass while losing body fat (if needed) throughout this 8 week summer shred program.
The team with the most muscle mass combined with their partner will win a free months membership. Second place will receive 15% off a 10 session Personal Training Package.

Friday Field Trip
We will be taking the kids on a field trip within the Sheboygan County area for half the day, eating lunch (not provided), and then swimming at the Sports Core for the last part of the day. Check-in: 8am sharp Pick-up: 4pm Please make sure to pack a lunch and their swimsuit for each field trip.
