A SMOOTH & DYNAMIC WORKOUT
The Pilates reformer makes a dramatic impression when you first see it and a dramatic change in your body when you use it. Invented by Pilates founder Joseph Pilates, it’s a bed-like frame with a padded platform that is attached to the reformer by a set of springs. The springs provide a variety of resistance levels as you push or pull through your movement.

The Pilates powerhouse muscles—the muscles of the core—are essential for building strength. While other equipment can also help build flat abs, strong back muscles, toned buttocks, and firm thighs, the reformer creates a unique and varied exercise environment.
HOW A REFORMER IS USED
One of the best things about the reformer is its versatility. Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, standing, pushing, or pulling—in all kinds of variations. It can train many parts of the body in many different ways.
PILATES REFORMER GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
Pilates Flow – A complete head-to-toe Small Group Training using the Pilates Reformers and Chair equipment. Benefiting strength, flexibility, and control. This class is for all fitness levels and abilities.
Pilates Legs & Abs – The class focus is on Abs and legs using a variety of Pilates equipment. Pilates is so effective because it targets the deep muscles that stabilize your entire body, while also improving strength, balance, and posture making you strong to the core.
Jump Board Circuit - Pilates Jumpboard Interval: Small Group Training with high-energy cardio Jumpboard intervals interspersed with classic Pilates moves.

Please wait in the lobby until you are invited into the studio for your scheduled time.
Use the coat area near the upper level restroom for your outerwear, shoes, and boots.
Grip socks are required to prevent slipping and provide stability. These are available for sale in the Pro Shop.
For safety reasons, do not wear baggy or loose-fitting clothing while using the equipment.
Respectfully limit conversation prior to and during class.
Cancellations must be made no less than 12 hours prior to class either using the mobile app or through our reception desk staff.
