REFORMER

A SMOOTH & DYNAMIC WORKOUT

The Pilates Reformer and the Trapeze make a dramatic first impression and a dramatic change in your body when you use it. Invented by Pilates founder Joseph Pilates, it’s a bed-like frame with a padded platform that is attached to the reformer by a set of springs. The springs provide a variety of resistance levels as you push or pull through your movement. The Trapeze introduces another dimension of movement, incorporating advanced suspension techniques and facilitating work with post-rehabilitation participants.

BENEFITS OF PILATES REFORMER EXERCISES

The reformer offers all the benefits of Pilates, including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. These benefits may lead to daily life improvements, such as better posture, more graceful and efficient movement, as well as pain relief associated with physical imbalances.

The Pilates powerhouse muscles—the muscles of the core—are essential for building strength. While other equipment can also help build flat abs, strong back muscles, toned buttocks, and firm thighs, the reformer creates a unique and varied exercise environment that does not strain joints.

Trapeze Equipment

The Reformer Trapeze is a multifunctional, highly versatile apparatus suitable for all levels of Pilates practice. Its unique design enables advanced practitioners to work in a suspended environment, enhancing both spinal extension and flexion. For post -rehabilitation participants, the Trapeze offers added stability and facilitates safe, effective corrective exercises within their specific range of motion.
