MASSAGE

Whether you're struggling with your mental or physical game, this completely customizable massage will have you achieving your goals in no time. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain or just looking for complete relaxation, this massage is for you. Prenatal option available for 50 or 75 minutes massages.

PRE/POST WORKOUT MASSAGE
25 minutes
Running short on time? Whether you're looking for a quick warm up or relaxing cool down, this experience is customizable to individual needs. Perfect for target/troublesome areas of the body.

ULTIMATE STRETCH
50 minutes
Full body assisted stretch service that will improve posture, increase range of motion and flexibility. Ultimate stretch is great for a pre or post workout. Your therapist will use a combination of massage techniques as well as stretching in this incredible experience. Loose fitting/yoga attire is required for this service. Prenatal option available for 50 or 75 minutes massages.

SERVICE OVERVIEW

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service start time.

  • Check-in at the Sports Core Reception Desk upon arrival.

  • Proceed to the lower level and wait at the bench at the bottom of the stairs. Your therapist will greet you there and will guide you to the massage room.

  • The therapist will inquire about your expectations for the massage as well as any medical conditions or problem areas.

  • Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing.

Massage Specialties & Certifications: Clinical Soft Tissue Techniques, Lymphatic Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy for the Neck and TMJ, Spine and Thorax, Upper and Lower extremities, Cancer, Aids and Post Mastectomy massage, Ah Shiatsu, Pediatric and Relaxation massage.

Interests/Hobbies: I have two little boys that keep me very active and busy. We love to go on new adventures. I enjoy cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Philosophy: I have a passion for people. I will help anyone in any way that I can or point them in the right direction. With strong communication we can help others as well as ourselves.

 

LIZ QUERIO

Massage Specialties & Certifications: Lymphatic Massage, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, Relaxation Massage, Clinical Soft Tissue Techniques, Neuromuscular Therapy for the Neck, Spine and Thoracic, Upper and Lower Body Extremities.

Interests/Hobbies: I am always willing to learn and help others. I have one sweet daughter that keeps me busy and on my toes. I enjoy traveling, working out, shooting trap, shopping, and spending time with my friends and family.

Philosophy: As a massage therapist I have always been interested in how the body works and traditional healing practices. Massage therapy is a great way to promote relaxation, reduces stress, and eases pain. I am passionate about helping people feel their best and reach their wellness goals.

 

WHITNEY MAXWELL

Massage Specialties & Certifications: clinical soft tissue techniques, trigger point therapy of upper and lower extremities. Pin and Stretch therapy of Cervical, upper and lower extremities, cupping massage, relaxation techniques, lymphatic massage, and prenatal massage.

Interests/Hobbies: I have three daughters all younger that keep me very busy. I love spending my time with them going for bike rides or playing at the park. We love the outdoors and spend a lot of time up north doing all the things. Like fishing, kayaking, biking, and swimming. I love to play volleyball with family and friends, or any sport activity keeps me grounded and exercise makes me feel great.

Philosophy: I always do the best job that I can in everything that I do. I am driven to help make a difference in the lives I cross. Massage has given me the opportunity to help many people with their everyday activities and long term preventative care. In today’s world taking care of yourself is the last thing many of us think to do. However, if we don’t take care of ourselves, we cant take care of the ones we love. I am a true believer in treating others as you want to be treated and making a positive difference whenever I can.
