THE SERVE: OPENING SEPTEMBER 2026
Exciting News! The Serve, a new racquet sport complex, is opening this fall at Sports Core. It will feature six indoor pickleball courts, two heated outdoor platform tennis courts, and a social lounge, located adjacent to Sports Core on Highland Drive. This facility, which will be built where the current outdoor tennis courts are, is designed to meet the growing demand for inclusive, year-round recreation and will serve as a destination for sport, wellness, and community engagement.
The Serve aligns with Kohler’s strategic goals of helping people live gracious, healthy and sustainable lives. It will offer diverse racquet sport activities for all ages and skill levels, host tournaments and events, and integrate with existing resort and Sports Core offerings to strengthen Kohler’s brand as a leader in active lifestyle destinations.

Court Rates
Prime Hours
Monday–Sunday: 9am–noon
Monday–Thursday: 3pm–close
All other court times are considered nonprime.
The first 100 guests to secure The Serve membership will receive exclusive vouchers, including one hour of complimentary platform tennis, one complimentary pickleball drill, one guest pass to The Serve & 15% off one regular-priced boutique item at The Serve!
Sports Core members will have access to Open Play times through their existing membership, with a 24-hour booking window.
