Costin is a certified Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA) Elite Professional. He holds Professional certifications from the RSPA in Pickleball and Platform Tennis as well as from the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR). He attended Ferris State University where he studied Professional Tennis Management. Costin serves as the Wisconsin state president on the RSPA’s Midwest Division board. In addition, Costin is a National Cardio Tennis Trainer and Coach Developer for the USTA. He received the Wisconsin Coach of the Year award in 2023 from the PTR as well as the RSPA Midwest Division Elevate Award and Dan Oliver Presidents Award in 2024 & 2025. Costin has worked at resorts, country clubs and commercial clubs such as Georgetown Prep Tennis Club, Sand Valley Golf Resort, Wisconsin Athletic Club and most recently at the Platinum rated Lancaster Country Club in Lancaster, PA. In addition to coaching, Costin is also a tournament stringer having strung for numerous ITA National Championships, and ATP/WTA/ITF professional tournaments.
